From an early age, science, nature, and language have fascinated me, and I strive to share this fascination and love of learning with my students. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a M.A. in Russian Language and Linguistics from The University of Maryland at College Park and M.A. in Molecular Biotechnology from the George Washington University. During the course of my formal education I served as a Teaching Assistant in First Year Russian Course and a teaching assistant in General Biology course. After my graduation from George Washington University I worked as a faculty member at Trinity Washington University for 5 years and taught General Biology, Anatomy and Physiology and Microbiology courses. I am also certified Medical Technologist. Currently, I enjoy tutoring in Washington DC (Arlington area) and spending my free time reading and volunteering in my daughter's middle school.
