Experience
I have 1 year professional tutoring and 1 year teaching experience, teaching everything from elementary education to SAT/ACT Prep and college essay writing. On my LSATs (Law School Admission Test), I scored a 164 (92nd percentile). On my SATs, I scored a 700 on Math and and a 700 on Verbal; however when I last took the exam as part of a tutoring company application, I scored a near-perfect 1590 out of 1600. I am a married full time law student with a 14 month old son. I speak fluent Swedish and can converse in Italian and French. I have taken two semesters of college calculus, chemistry, physics, and some economics, and am comfortable tutoring most subjects. I want to tutor because I love the look of recognition in a student's eyes when understanding clicks into place.

Hobbies
I love sports, especially college basketball. For those interested, I can teach bridge, which is an outstanding way to master principles of logic, deduction, counting, and to some extent, psychology. I am an American Contract Bridge League Life Master. Along with my brother, I was nominated as an alternate for the Junior World Championship Teams event to be held in Beijing, China, in 2002. I am also a former state chess champion, though very rusty.
